Renault's injured truck driver released from hospital

Hungarian Grand Prix – Renault have announced that their injured truck driver from Monday's motorway crash has been released from hospital. Renault's bad German Grand Prix weekend continued on into Monday when, en route to the Hungaroring in Budapest, a team truck was involved in a single vehicle road crash. Images circulated on social media of the trailer dangling over the side of the road, with no sign of the tractor unit. Renault confirmed on Monday lunchtime that the incident, which happened on the M1 near Gyor in Hungary, had left the driver with minor injuries and that he was taken to hospital.
