Hamilton updates on illness after under-weather Hockenheim

Lewis Hamilton hopes to hit peak fitness by the time the Hungarian Grand Prix gets under way, having battled illness throughout the German GP weekend. After securing pole position at Hockenheim, Hamilton revealed that Mercedes' reserve driver Esteban Ocon had been prepared to stand in as he was feeling so unwell.
