Hamilton: The tyres aren't enjoying the high temperature

German Grand Prix – Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton says his tyres were constantly overheating on track today, on a day which saw track temperatures of 50 degrees. Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton finished P3 in both FP1 and FP2 at Hockenheim on Friday, coming in behind the two Ferrari drivers in both sessions. Ending the day just 0.146 from the table topping Charles Leclerc, Hamilton said he had tremendous difficulty with keeping his tyres in the correct window due to the excessive heat.
