Gasly crash 'annoying' for Red Bull

Pierre Gasly's crash in FP2 was branded "an annoying accident" by Red Bull boss Christian Horner, with the Frenchman again on the back foot at the German Grand Prix. Gasly had only managed to go 15th-fastest at Hockenheim during the one-lap practice runs, but the incident came as he was practising long runs. Getting his foot down coming onto the main straight, Gasly under-steered into the gravel and smashed both left-hand wheels clean off his RB15 in the barriers.
