Russell: Two steps back before taking three steps forward

Williams is gearing up to take 'three steps forward' after an abysmal first half of the 2019 season according to their rookie driver George Russell, who says the fact he is driving clearly the slowest car during his rookie season is not spoiling the fun for him. 'How can you not be happy when you get to drive a Formula 1 car every two weeks?' the reigning Formula 2 champion told Auto Hebdo. 'I am paid to do the job I dreamed of as a child. I know we are going through a difficult time but there is light at the end of the tunnel. My time will come.'
