Vettel explains Verstappen crash

Sebastian Vettel has accepted responsibility for the crash between him and Max Verstappen at the British Grand Prix. Vettel eventually finished the race in 16th whilst Verstappen came over the line in fifth. The incident occurred when Max Verstappen overtook Vettel into Stowe, giving the German plenty of space and still making the move stick. Vettel responded by trying to dive down the inside but there was no gap and Vettel went into the back of the Dutchman. Both drivers spun off the track and the Ferrari man was penalised with a ten-second time penalty and two penalty points.
