Alfa Romeo targeting McLaren at British GP
Alfa Romeo boss Frederic Vasseur has revealed that his team are targeting McLaren as the ones to beat in the upcoming races, starting with next weekend's British Grand Prix at Silverstone. McLaren have broken away from the midfield, sitting pretty in fourth in the Constructors' Championship, with Alfa Romeo two places and 30 points behind following their first double points finish of the season in Austria. However, they only picked up three points compared to McLaren's 12 at the Red Bull Ring and have revealed that beating the British squad is their next goal.
