Seidl not expecting new manufacturers to join F1 in near future

Andreas Seidl, team principal of McLaren, believes that F1 will struggle to attract any new manufacturers to the sport, considering the uncertainty over the rule changes for 2021. Formula 1's regulations are set to turned upside down in 2021, with a budget cap among the new rules, and Seidl believes that not knowing the exact rules is putting off potential entrants.
