Helmut Marko hasn't lost hope: 'Max can win in Austria'

In the winter, Helmut Marko was certainly talking the talk. But so far, Red Bull haven't walked the walk with no race wins, and just a couple of podiums from Max Verstappen. However, the team advisor believes this will change this weekend as he hopes Verstappen can go and win the Austrian Grand Prix for the second year in a row.  Red Bull has supplied upgrades of their own, as well as engine upgrades from Honda. But still, they remain some distance from Ferrari and Mercedes. McLaren looked like a strong threat last time out in France.
