Verstappen is perfect in 2019 - Rosberg

Former Formula 1 world champion Nico Rosberg believes that Max Verstappen is currently having a “perfect” 2019 season despite having not won a race, and being fourth in the driver’s championship behind Sebastian Vettel, Valtteri Bottas, and leader, Lewis Hamilton.
