FIA make final decision on Vettel's Canada penalty
The FIA has rejected Ferrari's request to open a review into the penalty given to the German during the Canadian Grand Prix, confirming his second-place finish behind Lewis Hamilton in Montreal. According to the FIA, Ferrari's new evidence did not add anything to the investigation. The stewards' decision read: "There are no significant and relevant new elements which were unavailable to the parties at the time of the competition concerned."
