Verstappen: I don't think Vettel deserved a penalty

Max Verstappen has weighed in on the big debate (that won't go away!) regarding the penalty dished out to Sebastian Vettel during the Canadian Grand Prix two weeks ago, the Red Bull driver coming out in support of the Ferrari driver. The Dutchman is adamant that Vettel did not deserve the five-second penalty, which ultimately cost the German victory, and also believes the sport at the highest level is being over-regulated.
