Ferrari are a 'young team' compared to Mercedes

Ferrari team principal, Mattia Binotto feels Ferrari are a young team when compared to their Mercedes counterparts as he plots how to bring an end to the Mercedes dominance. Binotto replaced Maurizio Arrivabene as the team principal of the Scuderia having originally been their technical director. Binotto became Ferrari's fourth principal since 2014, the start of the current engine generation. The road to catching Mercedes seems a long one with Ferrari seeming to have enough power, but lacking in almost every other department.
