Binotto respectfully disagrees with FIA ruling on Vettel penalty

Ferrari team principal Mattia Binotto has revealed he disagreed with the stewards' decision to penalise Sebastian Vettel during the Canadian Grand Prix, but the Italian also said he respects the decision while having "a different opinion". Vettel led the Grand Prix after taking pole position on Saturday, and the 31-year-old looked in control of the race as it progressed.  However, when Lewis Hamilton started applying more pressure on the four-time champion, he made a mistake.
