Mercedes in drama with Hamilton car just before Canadian GP

Mercedes had to reassemble Lewis Hamilton's car shortly before the Canadian Grand Prix after a hydraulic leak was discovered. The issue is not expected to cost Hamilton his second place on the grid but gave the Silver Arrows a headache nevertheless. The Silver Arrows brought their spec-two engine to Montreal, with Williams and Racing Point also taking new engines. Article continues under video Lance Stroll's engine went pop in Saturday practice, spitting a big fireball out the back of his car. A similar issue was seemingly found on Hamilton's car, but has been fixed before any spectacular failure could cost him.
