Bobby K's day of glory in Montreal

Montreal obviously conjures up good memories for Robert Kubica who clinched his single Grand Prix win on the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve on this day in 2008. It was anticipated that McLaren's Lewis Hamilton would run away with the win at the venue, but a pitlane blunder involving a clumsy crash with Kimi Raikkonen put both men out of contention, leaving Kubica to charge on to glory for BMW Sauber. The popular win was also a sweet revenge for Poland's only GP victor after his horrendous crash a year earlier at the track.
