Russell believes Williams will be able to fight once again

Williams driver George Russell believes there will be a point when the British team will be able to compete with the rest of the Formula 1 grid once again. Russell reckons that the upgrades is adamant the upgrades the team has at its disposal will mean the team can once again compete again, but insists there will need to be patience. Williams are once again right at the back of the field - not helped by the team's inability to get its car to the pre-season testing in Barcelona on time.
