Binotto discloses new technical structure at Ferrari

Scuderia Ferrari boss Mattia Binotto says the Italian outfit is now operating under a new technical structure put in place to help it return to the winner's circle in F1. Binotto succeeded previous team principal Maurizio Arrivabene at the helm of the Scuderia. While the red squad was seen as a clear favourite before the season got underway, it has yet to win a single race and defeat arch-rival Merecdes, a shortfall that has logically raised questions about Binotto's status.
