Horner: 2021 rules should make drivers the stars

Red Bull team principal Christian Horner says that the new 2021 rules should make the drivers the centre of attention. The new rule set is largely aimed at reducing the inability for drivers to follow another car. Horner insisted that whatever is decided upon, drivers should look like the stars. "That’s what Formula 1 desperately needs. It needs the drivers very much to be the stars, to be modern day chariot racers.
