Monaco Grand Prix: Starting grid with penalties applied

Lewis Hamilton will lead Mercedes team-mate Valtteri Bottas away from the front of the Monaco Grand Prix grid, with the order behind them mixed up slightly thanks to penalties given to Pierre Gasly and Antonio Giovinazzi for infractions during qualifying. Both Gasly and Giovinazzi were guilty of impeding drivers during qualifying. Giovinazzi held up Nico Hulkenberg during Q1, while Gasly was trundling on the racing line as a fast-moving Romain Grosjean approached, wrecking the Haas driver's lap and consigning him to a Q2 exit.
