Williams: Monaco might hurt performance further

Williams is fearful that the Monaco Grand Prix could be a difficult race for the team with the street circuit not playing to the strengths of the FW42. Having spent the season fighting one another at the back of the F1 field, Robert Kubica and George Russell have had to endure a difficult start to 2019 with a car that is unpredictable and slower than the competition.
