Jamie Chadwick signs with Williams

Jamie Chadwick has been announced as a Williams development driver following her successful start in the W series which has seen her achieve two podiums in two races. Chadwick is regarded as one of if not the frontrunner for female racing in the UK and is the only woman to have won a British Formula 3 race. She won the opening W Series race at Hockenheim before retaining the series lead after coming second at Zolder behind Beitske Visser of the Netherlands.
