New facilities in Montreal match expectation says Carey
Formula 1 CEO Chase Carey has insisted "everything seems ready" in Montreal at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve for the Canadian Grand Prix. Race promoter Francois Dumontier also insisted the circuit will be ready for the forthcoming Canadian Grand Prix. With just over three weeks before the race - which will be round seven of the F1 season - the site is still under construction. Dumontier admitted there are still some finishing touches to be made before the track is completely ready, but he revealed that they may need to wait until after the race takes place.
