We are here to win, not entertain - Wolff

Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff has admitted while it may be boring for fans to watch, Mercedes is not in Formula 1 to do anything other than win. The reigning world champions have taken five straight one-two finishes in the first five races of the 2019 season, to build up an intimidating lead having felt that Ferrari was the team to beat after winter testing.
