Spanish Grand Prix: Hamilton leads Mercedes steamroller

Lewis Hamilton took the lead into Turn 1 at the start of the Spanish Grand Prix and was never headed again as he won the Spanish Grand Prix, Round 5 of the 2019 Formula 1 World Championship, at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. The five-time World Champion was simply untouchable on an afternoon in which Mercedes demolished their rivals as Valtteri Bottas, after duffing his start, chased his teammate home for a record-extending fifth one-two finish in Barcelona. The Silver Arrows have dominated all five rounds so far this season.
