Formula 1 must ‘change dramatically' says Perez

Racing Point's Sergio Perez has warned there will be mass driver exits unless Formula 1 make the Championship more about drivers. Liberty Media plan to bring sweeping changes into the sport from 2021, and Perez has warned that they must return the focus in Formula 1 to driver ability rather than car performance or he and many other drivers will not want to continue. 'I think what F1 has to do is to make this a Drivers' Championship instead of a team Championship,' Perez told Motorsport.com.
