Ferrari bring forward power unit upgrade in Spain

Already trailing in Mercedes' wake, Ferrari have brought forward a proposed engine upgrade by a month to try and take the fight to the Silver Arrows in Spain. Leading Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel is 35 points behind World Championship leader Valtteri Bottas heading into round five, while the Scuderia have a 74 point gap to overcome to the Silver Arrows in the Constructors' Championship. As a result of being clear second best to Mercedes, Ferrari are hoping to launch a fightback at the Circuit de Catalunya with an upgraded power unit.
