Renault-powered cars to run upgraded MGU-K after issues

Nico Hulkenberg has confirmed that all Renault-powered Formula 1 cars will run an upgraded MGU-K during the Chinese Grand Prix weekend, in the hope of getting on top of some of the reliability issues which have struck both Renault and McLaren. McLaren's Carlos Sainz was forced to retire from the Australian GP after his MGU-K failed, meanwhile both Renault cars retired in Bahrain with power unit related problems – though the exact cause hasn't been confirmed. However Hulkenberg hinted that it might have been MGU-K related too, confirming all four cars would be running the upgraded component.
