Renault recruits second Chinese development driver

Chinese Grand Prix – Renault have confirmed that they have added Chinese racer Ye Yifei to their junior roster ahead of the race in Shanghai. Added to their expanding list of development drivers, 18-year-old Ye Yifei has joined the Renault team after impressing in the lower Formula Renault categories. He took the French F4 Championship back in 2016 and has since competed in the Formula Renault championships, finishing third in last year's Formula Renault Eurocup series.
