George Russell says Williams will not make "drastic" changes despite having a "fundamental" problem with their Formula 1 car. So far in 2019, they've filled up the back two spots on the grid. Despite the results, Russell insists the atmosphere is still positive as they move forward. The Brit also believes they will be able to improve, but not for a while yet. “The atmosphere is as positive as it can be really.
