Grosjean: I think it's Vettel that made a mess here

After being slapped with a three-place grid penalty after qualifying for the Bahrain Grand Prix, Romain Grosjean has blamed Sebastian Vettel for causing the incident that forced Lando Norris to brake heavily to avoid the Haas during the session under floodlights at Sakhir. Race stewards deemed Grosjean the guilty party and penalised him for impeding the McLaren rookie, but the Frenchman and Norris, agree that Vettel was the one to blame for what transpired on the night.
