Vettel not sure his best would've beaten Leclerc to Bahrain pole

Sebastian Vettel has admitted even if he was on top form he may not have been able to beat Charles Leclerc’s stunning pole lap and the new Ferrari man took a maiden pole. Vettel qualified second in a time of 1:28.160 with Leclerc topping the standings in 1:27.866 but the more important thing was the team bounced back following a disappointing opening race in Australia. The pair finished fourth and fifth at Albert Park but managed a shut out as Lewis Hamilton could only manage a time of 1:28.190 and Bottas even further back.
