Gasly and Verstappen rue technical issues after mixed qualifying
Pierre Gasly and Max Verstappen have rued technical difficulties as the pair spoke about their mixed qualifying sessions in Bahrain as Verstappen qualified P5 and Gasly 13th. Gasly exited qualifying in Q1 in Melbourne after a tactical error and went on to miss out on a points finish coming in P11 at Albert Park. He qualified in P13 for the Bahrain edition another disappointing performance as his teammate Verstappen held off the midfield to qualify in fifth.
