Williams running on "fear and terror" says Ralf Schumacher

Former Williams driver Ralf Schumacher has said that he believes the team being run with fear and terror. Williams had a poor 2018 and it looks like 2019 could be even worse results wise. The Williams race winner has criticised the management system at Williams and believes that there is a toxic environment at the team.  “Williams has a very special leadership style.
