2019 aero changes positive according to Brawn
F1 managing director Ross Brawn believes that the new aerodynamic changes to the 2019 cars are promising after the first race of the new season. Formula 1 introduced new rules for this season in aid of overtaking. Not only were front wing designs simplified by removing the incredibly complex pieces aimed at directing airflow over the cars, but bargeboard sizes were also reduced while rear wing dimensions were increased to improve the effectiveness of DRS.
