Gasly: "Experience is what makes you stronger"
Pierre Gasly will step up to Red Bull for the 2019 season after just one full season at Toro Rosso and the driver admits improvement comes with experience but he doesn’t feel any added pressure. Gasly drove alongside Brendan Hartley in 2018 but will now join Max Verstappen at Red Bull following the departure of Daniel Ricciardo to Renault. The Frenchman already has experience of driving a car with a Honda engine due to his year at Toro Rosso with Red Bull picking up the power unit for the upcoming season.
