Honda set to make power unit tweaks ahead of Melbourne

Honda will make a change to their power units ahead of the season-opening race in Melbourne. The Japanese manufacturer will supply two teams this year in Red Bull and Toro Rosso. Red Bull and Toro Rosso were caused no headaches during the whole of winter testing due to their Honda power units, only Pierre Gasly's crashes preventing Red Bull from gaining further running due to damages caused. Honda technical director Toyuharu Tanabi echoed the sentiment, adding that the manufacturer had been able to record high mileage without major issues but that some things would need to be changed ahead of the first race of the season.
