Steiner believes Mercedes and Ferrari could destroy F1

Guenther Steiner believes Mercedes and Ferrari could "destroy" Formula 1 with their dominance if there was no budget cap. The Haas F1 boss believes the domination from the top two teams is so great that the budget cap simply has to be in place for the sport not to be completely ruined. Steiner outlined his desire for at least an attempt of levelling out the financial playing field in the future and the team boss believes he will receive support from other teams on the grid, as well.
