Alonso: "Being at home a waste of time"

After getting a new gig as a McLaren test driver for the Formula 1 team, Fernando Alonso explained that nothing is worse for him than to sit at home and waste his time, even though he's currently doing a lot of different things besides F1. The Spaniard, of course, retired from F1 at the end of 2018, although he was quick to add he wouldn't be against a return one day. The 37-year-old now does a lot of endurance racing, having won his maiden 24 Hours of Le Mans last June and the 24 Hours of Daytona earlier this year.
