Mick Schumacher in line for F1 debut at Bahrain test

Mick Schumacher could make his Formula 1 debut as early as March if things fall into place according to Alfa Romeo team boss Frederic Vasseur. Schumacher will compete in Formula 2 this year with Prema Powerteam and recently signed with the Ferrari Driver Academy as he sets his sights on F1 in the near future. His debut in the top tier could however come sooner than expected though, with Vasseur admitting Alfa Romeo could call upon the son of seven-time champion Michael Schumacher for the post-Bahrain GP young driver test.
