Lowe admits disappointment in testing so far for Williams

Williams chief technical officer Paddy Lowe has expressed his disappointment at his team's pre-season testing in Barcelona so far. The bottom-placed team in 2018 started off the 2019 season in disastrous fashion. Williams missed out on two-and-a-half days of testing with its car not being ready to compete on the track. Robert Kubica only managed to record a total of 48 laps in his morning run on Thursday and Lowe has admitted the team are disappointed with how it has gone so far for them.
