Williams arrive late for F1 testing after FW42 delay

Williams arrived late to the preseason party, as the embattled British squad made it to the Circuit de Catalunya two hours after testing began on Monday. Williams had previously confirmed that their planned running for Monday would be cancelled due to delays in getting the FW24 ready for on-track action. Although several teams were reportedly pushed for time to get their 2019 cars ready for the start of testing, only Williams failed to make it out on Monday morning, potentially costing Robert Kubica time as he prepares for his first F1 campaign since 2010.
