Williams releases renders of its 2019 F1 car, the FW42
Williams has released official renders of its 2019 Formula 1 car, the FW42, ahead of its on-track debut next week. Williams unveiled its revised livery at its Grove factory on Monday – having signed a new title partner in the form of ROKiT – but did so on a 2018-spec car. On Friday afternoon it published images of the car with which it hopes to climb back up the grid, after a difficult 2018 campaign. Williams slumped to last in the Constructors’ Championship amid fundamental flaws with its FW41, restricting it to a top 10 finish at just two of the 21 Grands Prix.
