Rosberg glad to not be in F1 anymore
2016 world champion Nico Rosberg has admitted that he is glad to be out of the cockpit and away from Formula One. The German surprised the F1 world by walking away after winning the title in 2016 having dedicated so much of himself to triumph in his battle with Mercedes teammate Lewis Hamilton. Speaking on German television, Rosberg said he was happy to be away from the sport with the speeds of cars ever-increasing since he walked away. "I have to confess, there are moments when I'm watching and I think, 'It's good I'm not in that car'.
