Grosjean insists he won't win a race before 2021

Romain Grosjean doesn't think he'll be winning a race before 2021 as he remains adamant anyone outside the 'big three' has no chance of stepping on the top step on Sundays. Over the past five years, no team outside Mercedes, Ferrari and Red Bull have won a race. The 2021 rules are expected to bring in a major overhaul and, from a fans perspective, hopefully, close the gap between top teams and the rest of the field. “I think Formula 1 needs to get better at having more chances to win races.
