Pirelli worried bad weather could affect testing

Pirelli is fearful that poor weather could once again hamper winter testing ahead of the 2019 season. Last year, ice and snow put testing on hold for almost a week due and prevented vital track time for both the teams and F1's sole tyre supplier. Both pre-season tests will take place at the same venue as last year, the Circuit de Catalunya the traditional test location in F1 currently despite calls for Bahrain to play host.
