Who is naturally the quickest driver on the grid?

Recent articles stating that Hulkenberg would 'win straight away' if he were at a top team, have got me thinking. Who is the quickest driver on the grid regardless of their team?  In our poll down below we want to know what you think! Which driver would win if all the cars were equal!?
