Schumacher was better than Senna - Irvine

They might have only competed for a few years but Michael Schumacher was a better driver than Ayrton Senna, this is the opinion of Schumacher's former teammate Eddie Irvine. Irvine raced alongside Schumacher at Ferrari between 1996 and 1999 but only managed to better the German when Schumacher broke his leg in 1999. Senna meanwhile competed against Schumacher from 1991 until his tragic accident in 1994. Despite only competing against each other for a handful of years, Irvine is convinced Schumacher would’ve come out on top.
