Sauber releases official car launch date

Sauber have announced they will be officially unveiling its new 2019 car on the first day of pre-season testing in February. The Swiss team last year announced its new car one week before the first test began in Barcelona. But the pre-season testing starts a week earlier in 2019, so Sauber will unveil its new car in Barcelona on February 18 ahead of the morning session. Sauber have become the first team this year to confirm a pitlane announcement of its car, with Haas and Toro Rosso expected to do the same, according to Autosport.
