Moncet unsure whether Binotto will be given enough time

Formula 1 journalist, Jean-Louis Moncet is unsure whether new Ferrari boss Mattia Binotto will get enough time to rebuild the team. Ferrari have conceded the last five World Championships to Mercedes alone and have not won a title since 2008 when they won the Constructors’ Championship. Binotto replaces Maurizio Arrivabene at the Scuderia after a poor 2018. Speaking to the Charles Leclerc fan club Moncet said on Binotto: “He is discreet and that's why I like him. “As for the car, he oversaw the creation and evolution of the 2018 so he knows how to make a good car."
